Red Bear Construction Consultants was established in 2017 from the owner’s vision of offering a more personal and customized construction cost solution to a select group of Property Owners, Project Managers and Construction Companies.

As the owner of Red Bear Construction Consultants, Justin de Beer has over 25 years of global experience as a Quantity Surveyor. He has worked on projects ranging from complex billion-dollar mega projects to managing several fast paced fitout business units in the Auckland market.

As Commercial Manager and a senior leadership team member with two of Auckland’s leading construction companies, I was able gain an in depth understanding of the complexities of managing construction teams and ensuring a consistent quality of project delivery. The challenge the industry faces with recruiting and retaining quality staff through the booms and busts of the volatile construction market is endless.

As such, I believe there is a place in the market for a small boutique type construction cost consultancy delivering a personal, quality and detailed service to a consistent and select group of Clients.
